About Us

Hi, I'm Lea - a homeschooling mom of three, lifelong music lover, and believer in the beauty of slow, intentional living.
"A Year of Music" began right at our kitchen table - during tea time, surrounded by crayons, questions and the music of legends like Antonio Vivaldi and Bob Dylan playing softly in the background.
I grew up in a home where music wasn't just entertainment - it was history, emotion and connection. My Dad shared artists from all different genres with me, not as lessons, but as invitations: to listen, to feel, to understand the world. Now I get to pass that same legacy down to my children - and through this curriculum, to yours too.
I created "A Year of Music" not as a rigid program to fit into your day, but as a gentle guide that integrates into your life.
Whether you're a homeschooling family looking for a supplemental curriculum, or you're just looking for a richer way to bring music into your home, this journey is for you.
One artist a week.
One memory at a time.
Thank you for being here, truly.
I hope this becomes a favorite part of your family's rhythm, the way it has for mine.
-Lea
